If you guys didn't know already, birria tacos are a traditional Mexican dish, originally made with goat meat, but also made with veal, lamb, or pork. They typically come served with a soup consome from the stew that is boiled from the braised beef. See some pics below:
Ever since this started blowing up in CA, I had to find out if there was a place that served them here in the DMV. Come to find out that there actually IS a place, and recently opened.
